October 18, 2024

Despite the urgent need for our world to reverse the buildup of green-house gases in the atmosphere, there do not exist great software solutions to help companies reduce the carbon footprint of their activities and value chains.

MoreScope is doing something about this by delivering user friendly and highly automated AI-driven software solutions for measuring, reporting, and reducing emissions. Being a startup we have the advantage of using cutting edge tools and no/little legacy code to deal with. This enables rapid development cycles and experimenting with AI and GPT-models.

We are now looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to help us build out our offering.

We are looking for a person who:

  • Is able to balance rapid prototyping with maintainability and scalability
  • Strong interest in programming and new technology
  • Has a keen interest in customer centric product development and solving real world problems
  • Is a strong problem solver committed to shipping great solutions

Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a similar degree / relevant experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken Norwegian and/or English

Work location is flexible or in our company offices in Oslo, Barcelona or remote.

We offer fair and competitive compensation and possibilities to join our employee equity program.

Our customers feature leading impact investors such as Nysnø Climate Investments, and companies with serious climate programs such as Hafslund, GC Rieber and Nova Sea. MoreScope is backed by strong investors such as Sintef Ventures, Energy Ventures, Eviny Ventures, Arkwright and many others.

We are looking for multiple roles so don’t hesitate to send an application if you find our mission interesting but your skillset falls outside of this description.

Candidates will be assessed continuously so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Please send over CV and other things that shows your background such as academic record and past projects
